Nice to meet you, I'm Manabe from Dona Cafe. Nine years have passed since I started my business in July 2015. I've now opened a shop near my home studio. I look forward to working with you.

July: Dona Cafe opens (online sales from home/studio)

Our store carries out food inspections to determine expiration dates and nutritional information in accordance with the Tokyo Food Sanitation Association.
We have requested the Tokyo Food Technology Research Institute to carry out the testing.
In order to make our gluten-free chocolate gateau, we do not use any wheat in our workshop.
●All items are handmade, so mass production is not possible.
